Bitrix24 and 1C Integration: Clean Data Sync Without Duplicates

How to sync products, stock, invoices and contacts between Bitrix24 and 1C, set up the exchange in stages and avoid duplicate records.

Bitrix24 and 1C integration is a two way data exchange between your CRM and your accounting system, so products, prices, stock, contacts, orders and invoices move automatically instead of by hand. It lets your sales team work inside Bitrix24 with live stock and billing data, and it removes double entry. You can build the exchange on the standard Bitrix24 module for 1C or on a dedicated solution for a specific configuration.

What Bitrix24 and 1C integration gives you

The real win is that your data stops living in two places and drifting apart. 1C sends the product catalog, prices and stock into Bitrix24, so a manager sees what is actually on the shelf. Bitrix24 sends deals, orders and contacts back into 1C, and invoices and payment status return into the deal.

  • a live catalog and stock inside the deal card, with no calls to the warehouse;
  • the 1C invoice right in the deal, with payment picked up automatically;
  • one clean contact base, with no duplicates or manual re entry;
  • revenue and margin reports built on numbers you can trust.

How the exchange works

The exchange is set up for a specific 1C configuration (Trade Management, Accounting, Small Firm Management) and for which data moves in which direction. The work usually runs in this order:

  1. an audit of which objects you sync (products, contacts, orders, invoices) and the direction of each;
  2. mapping of entities and units of measure, so records match by a key rather than by name;
  3. a schedule: exchange on an event, or on an interval;
  4. a test on a copy of the data, then the move to the live base.

Do not sync everything at once. Move only the data the CRM really needs, because extra fields from 1C slow the exchange down and create errors.

Common mistakes

Most problems come from rushing. Duplicate contacts and products appear when there is no single matching key. A mismatch in units of measure breaks stock figures and totals. An exchange with no test base means an error lands straight in live documents. One more common problem is having no owner: if nobody watches the exchange, a failure shows up only through customer complaints.

We set the integration up in stages and test it on a copy first. The rate is 3,900 RUB per hour, and the exchange is easiest to keep on a support package from 19,500 RUB. You can read more about setup in the Bitrix24 section.

In short

Questions and answers

How much does Bitrix24 and 1C integration cost?

It depends on your 1C configuration and how many objects you exchange. Work is billed at 3,900 RUB per hour, and a firm quote follows the audit.

What data can you sync between Bitrix24 and 1C?

Usually products, prices and stock, contacts, orders and deals, invoices and payment status. The set and direction of the exchange are tuned to your case.

Does the exchange run in real time or on a schedule?

Both are possible: an event based exchange for critical data and an interval based one for the rest, so 1C is not overloaded.

Do we need a separate license for the exchange?

The standard exchange works on typical 1C configurations and Bitrix24 editions with CRM. Custom work may need a dedicated solution, which the audit makes clear.
